Terms of service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Vibelets lets you create and share AI-generated applications (“vibelets”). Check generated results before relying on them and keep independent copies of important information. Additional limitations apply to features identified as beta, preview or experimental.
1. Provider and scope
The service provider is Locoda Oy (Finnish Business ID 3493423-1). Questions and notices: support@vibelets.app.
These terms apply to Vibelets and the host service through which vibelets are created or used. A vibelet creator may provide additional information about their own content and data use, but cannot make commitments on our behalf. The privacy statement explains how personal data is handled; it is not a waiver of your rights or a request for blanket consent.
Where Locoda processes personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), version 2026-10-28.2, including its annexes, forms part of these terms and prevails over conflicting terms concerning that processing. It applies to the relevant processing, not automatically to every use of the service. If you act for an organisation or another controller, you must have authority to do so and email the legal entity, address, business/registration number where applicable, account reference, representative and privacy contact, processing role and any upstream-controller/subcontracting-authority details to support@vibelets.app before that processing begins. Keep the details current. This customer duty does not remove Locoda's own obligations.
Age policy
You must be at least 16 to create an account or build vibelets, including through the guest trial. Credit purchases and other purchases through Vibelets are restricted to people aged 18 or over. Ordinary viewing and use of public vibelets is not subject to a single general account age gate; particular AI, communication, payment or other features may have additional restrictions. These service rules are separate from consent-age rules under data-protection law. Merchant eligibility and representative requirements also depend on the payment provider and applicable law.
2. Service availability and experimental features
The service may contain errors, produce unexpected results or be unavailable. Unless expressly agreed in a paid plan or required by law, we offer no additional service-level, backup, compatibility or fitness-for-purpose guarantee. Features labelled beta, preview or experimental are provided for evaluation, may lose data or change incompatibly, and may be discontinued. We will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation where reasonably practicable and where required by law, and honour applicable remedies for paid services.
Do not use the service as your sole record system or for safety-critical, medical, legal or financial decisions. Do not upload secrets, payment-card details, special-category personal data or other highly sensitive information without a separate agreement and suitable safeguards. Keep independent copies of information you need.
3. AI-generated applications
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure or unsuitable. We do not promise that generated code is correct, unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing and testing your vibelets, their calculations, access settings and content before sharing or using them. Generated statements are not professional advice.
4. Accounts, content and sharing
Keep your account secure and report suspected misuse. Only submit content you are entitled to use and share. You retain your existing rights in your content. You permit us and our service providers to process, store and transmit it as necessary to operate, secure and support the service and carry out your instructions. These terms do not assign ownership of your content to us or guarantee ownership of AI output.
When you create a share link or invite collaborators, the selected audience may see, copy or change information according to the permissions you grant. Treat a public share link as information that can be forwarded. Revoking a link cannot recall copies already obtained by others. If you collect other people's personal data through a vibelet, you must have a lawful basis, provide appropriate information and respect their rights. This does not remove our own legal responsibilities.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for phishing, fraud, malware, unlawful surveillance, harassment, infringement or unlawful content. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another user's data, disrupt the service or misuse connected providers. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal obligations or material breaches. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us about it.
6. Credits and payment
All registered accounts have access to the same features; there is no Premium tier. Credits are used for all AI processing, including creating and editing vibelets, in-app AI, generated images, web searches, realtime voice and AI in background automations. AI usage by shared visitors is charged to the vibelet owner. Ordinary platform use, including openings, data operations, email, files, storage, live collaboration and automation scheduling, is free within normal usage limits. We measure platform usage internally and may restrict or suspend vibelets that cause exceptional load. AI operations may stop when the owner's balance or AI budget is exhausted; ordinary platform use continues within normal usage limits. Exporting and deleting your data remain available. Credit purchase amounts are shown before payment.
AI processing for building or editing a vibelet includes automatic repair attempts, which may start in the owner's preview without a separate request or confirmation for each attempt. The actual AI usage of these attempts is deducted from the vibelet owner's credits, including when an attempt does not resolve the issue. If automatic top-up is enabled, this usage may trigger a credit purchase under the settings and limits you have authorised. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right to have a defect for which we are legally responsible remedied free of charge.
Public browser lookups are a paid AI feature: their credit cost includes both model processing and browser infrastructure, including a startup fee and active runtime charges at the rates shown in the vibelet settings. Resources consumed by an unsuccessful lookup may also be charged. Temporary credit reservations may exceed final usage; unused reserved credits are returned after settlement. These charges are subject to the owner's applicable AI budgets.
Free and purchased credits
Registered accounts receive a free allowance per calendar month in the Europe/Helsinki time zone. The standard monthly allowance is currently 300,000 credits. Promotional campaigns may increase this allowance subject to their campaign conditions. At the start of a new month, the free allowance resets to the amount then applicable, including any active monthly allowance campaign; unused free credits do not accumulate. The reset is applied when the account balance or billable usage is next processed.
If the applicable monthly allowance increases during a month, only the increase is added when the account balance or billable usage is next processed; credits already used that month remain deducted. Ending a campaign does not remove credits already granted for the current month. The next monthly reset uses the allowance then applicable. No monthly allowances are accumulated retroactively for past months or campaigns.
Credits reserved for work in progress are included in the allowance. Free credits are used before purchased credits. Purchased credits are tracked separately and carry over between months: the monthly reset does not remove or replace them. Enabling automatic top-up does not reduce or remove your free monthly allowance. Guests have a separate limited trial allowance.
Optional automatic top-up
Automatic top-up is off by default. If you enable it, you expressly authorize us and Stripe to save your payment method and initiate payments without your presence when your combined available free and purchased balance falls below the threshold you select. You choose the credit purchase size, currency and maximum automatic purchase amount per calendar month. The price, including applicable taxes, is shown before you authorize the settings. Automatic purchases use the same published volume pricing as manual purchases. There is no separate subscription fee for automatic top-up.
The monthly monetary limit applies only to automatic purchases, including pending payment reservations; manual purchases are separate. We will not initiate a purchase if its entire price exceeds the remaining limit. The free monthly reset is applied before checking whether to initiate a new automatic purchase. Payments may also be triggered by other people using your shared vibelets while you are signed out. You can disable future automatic purchases in your profile at any time. A payment already initiated may still complete. Changing settings does not change the price of a payment already initiated.
Stripe processes and stores your full card details; Vibelets stores payment references and a masked card description. Credits are added only after Stripe confirms a successful payment. If a payment fails or requires additional authentication, automatic top-up is paused and you may need to verify or replace your payment method. Automatic top-up does not guarantee uninterrupted service; usage may stop if the balance is exhausted, the monthly limit is reached or payment cannot be completed.
Credit purchase prices include applicable taxes. Stripe calculates and itemizes tax using your billing location and, where applicable, business tax information. You must provide accurate billing details. Automatic top-ups are charged through Stripe invoices; the full tax-inclusive amount counts toward your selected monthly monetary limit. You can open the latest automatic top-up invoice from your profile settings.
Selling through vibelets with Stripe Connect
Where enabled, registered vibelet owners can use Stripe Connect to sell products, services or one-time access to a vibelet. The owner is the seller, and the customer's contract for that purchase is with the owner. Locoda Oy provides the Vibelets platform; Stripe processes payments on the seller's connected Stripe account. Sellers must complete Stripe's onboarding and verification and comply with the applicable Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement. Nothing in this section excludes any obligations or liability that applicable law places on Locoda Oy.
By connecting Stripe, you authorize Vibelets to facilitate account creation and onboarding, read your account status and product and price catalog, create Stripe Checkout sessions for the products and prices you approve, collect the disclosed platform fee, and retrieve payment, refund and dispute information to manage orders and purchased access. We exchange the account and transaction data needed for these operations with Stripe and provide order information to the selling owner as described in the privacy statement. We do not receive full payment-card details or Stripe onboarding identity documents.
Sellers must provide their identity and contact details, accurate product or service descriptions, total prices and any legally required delivery, access, cancellation and refund information before purchase. Sellers are responsible for lawful sales, fulfilment, customer support, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds and payment disputes. The connector does not currently calculate or remit sales taxes automatically for these sales. Sellers must configure prices and meet their tax obligations accordingly. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The Vibelets platform fee is displayed in the connector settings and is currently 5% of the payment amount. It is deducted from the seller's payment proceeds; Stripe's own processing and other applicable fees are separate. Refunds are managed through Stripe, with Vibelets support where a platform-fee adjustment is needed. Refunding a customer's payment does not automatically refund the Vibelets platform fee or reduce any refund owed to the customer under applicable law. Stripe controls payment processing, settlement and payouts under its applicable terms.
A purchase of vibelet access is linked to the buyer's registered Vibelets account. Access is granted after payment confirmation and remains subject to the vibelet's sharing permissions; payment does not grant editing rights. A full refund or an unresolved or lost payment dispute may suspend or revoke access associated with that payment. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke access. Purchasing a product or service does not itself grant vibelet access, reserve an appointment or confirm delivery. AI use continues to consume the vibelet owner's credits, and sales do not add credits to either party's Vibelets balance.
Sandbox payments are tests and do not transfer real money or grant live purchased access. Live sales require a separately verified and explicitly activated live configuration. Disconnecting Stripe stops new purchases but does not by itself cancel earlier purchases, remove existing customer rights or remove a configured payment requirement. Sellers remain responsible for their existing orders and customer obligations.
Pricing changes
Prices for future credit purchases are displayed before checkout. Changes affecting an existing ongoing service agreement, including credit consumption rates or the free monthly allowance, must have a valid reason specified here: changes in AI-provider, infrastructure or other service production costs; changes in taxes or public charges; changes in legislation or regulatory requirements; or a material change in operating circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated. Changes must remain reasonable and must not materially alter the agreement without your consent where required by law.
We will notify affected users in advance of the reason, content and effective date of adverse changes to an ongoing agreement, normally at least one month before they take effect, unless applicable law permits otherwise. You may end your use of the service before the change takes effect, subject to mandatory consumer rights. A completed purchase will not be retrospectively repriced, and changes will not remove accrued rights or materially diminish purchased credit entitlements without your agreement or the remedies required by law. If the price of your automatic credit purchase changes, automatic top-up is paused until you accept the new displayed price. Your previously selected monthly monetary limit will not be increased automatically.
7. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to express commitments in any applicable paid plan, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional express or implied warranties. To that same extent, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities and loss arising from reliance on unverified AI output.
For business users, unless otherwise agreed and to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the fees paid to us for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. This cap and the exclusions above do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. For consumers, any limitation applies only insofar as it is lawful and fair under the law applicable to them.
8. Ending use and changes to these terms
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Deletion is subject to the handling described in the privacy statement. Updated terms will be dated and published here; material changes will be communicated where required, and consent will be obtained where legally necessary. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Contact us first to seek a resolution. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using competent courts, consumer dispute-resolution bodies or supervisory authorities available under applicable law.
